Mission

The Harvey Foundation is dedicated to protecting and providing permanent sanctuary and lifelong care for feral felines, feline colonies, and otherwise unadoptable cats that would normally get left behind in modern adoption practices. Through the recreation of their outdoor environment inspired by modern zoo design, we honor animal welfare, ecological responsibility, and long-term impact on local wildlife populations — preventing the unnecessary euthanasia of hard-to-adopt cats, reducing outdoor cat populations that harm the ecosystem, and giving these cats a safe place to live out their lives.
